The giga chew nuggets have really helped supplement the chewing process to strengthen and widen my palate and jaw. I really can see improvements already. One thing, there are times when the nuggets become sticky and are hard to remove from your teeth so it's good to swish them in your mouth a bit without biting before you start chewing.

One side of my jaw muscles has always been more developed than the other side and chewing Giga - chew is noticably eveing it out. One issue with giga chew that i've had is the mastic gum peices have seemed to have melted togther in the packet not sure why, maybe it should be kept in a fridge to avoid this?

I was looking for a gum that wasn’t full of microplastics and Giga Chew has been great. The taste is pretty neutral but a bit piney which I really like and I can definitely feel that it’s working my jaw muscles! I’ll keep using this, very pleased with the product.
I also got the portable tin which is the perfect size for a pocket or handbag and keeps the gum clean between uses.
